9. Refund Policy
Refunds for purchases of access to our platform and services are offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Offered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request is not valid.
Partial or full refunds are not granted for unused portions or time on the platform.
Platform-only Purchases:
We may, in our sole discretion, elect to issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- If you have completed the sign-up process but have not submitted any job batches.
- If you have inadvertently made a purchase and promptly notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Get Hired Fast Program purchases:
Refunds are not available for purchases of the Get Hired Fast Program. Please refer to your Get Hired Fast program agreement which supersedes any conflicting information on the company's Terms website.
Refund Process:
If a refund is granted, we shall promptly terminate access to Offered tools and services, delete your account, and any jobs submitted will not be processed. Please be advised that refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed.
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and affirm that you have carefully read, comprehended, and agreed to our refund policy. Offered reserves the irrevocable right to update or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

- Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while engaging with the community. Do not engage in any activities that are illegal or violate anyone's rights.
