Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of IT staffing agency recruitment experience
  • Competitiveness and high level of money motivation
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude and resilience; ability to “bounce back” from rejection
  • Willingness to work on-site in our Tysons office Monday-Thursday (100% remote candidates will not be considered)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with job seekers in the Greater DC market
  • Match candidates to job openings available at our clients
  • Post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review applicants, and screen for technical fit
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle from initial point of contact to the end of their contract or engagement with us, including submitting to the hiring manager, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary, checking references, assisting with onboarding, and more
