experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving compliance to HCAHPS, and Joint Commission
knowledge of patient care services in a healthcare setting;
SRC or call center experience;
in depth knowledge of quality control systems such as EPIC
a basic understanding of EVS and Housekeeping services;
experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations;
the ability to analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
strong financial acumen and budget management experience;
a high level of proficiency with computers and other technology;
strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive program compliance
3-5 years previous operations management experience in soft facility services, such as patient transport or Service Response Center experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction
Manage a large team of 100+ union employees and a team of 4 supervisors to effectively maintain and inspect patient transport equipment, as well as related logistics, documentation and reporting;
Create a positive patient experience by setting the tone and culture of patient expectations and satisfaction
Respond to and/or managing calls through the Service Response Center;
Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff;
Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
