Qualifications

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge and prior experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS or other Cloud platforms
  • Hands on experience using python machine learning libraries like Sklearn, Matplotlib, Seaborn to build machine learning models such as XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression etc
  • Prior experience with model explainability techniques like shapley, lime etc
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization
  • Familiarly with Deep Learning, Neural Network or LLM models
  • Experience with ETL tools like Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Informatica and/or Stitch
  • Experience of using NoSQL databases to create and query data
  • Prior experience in working on models in Sales/Marketing domain
  • Be surrounded by curious learners

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll have access to the most unique and one of the largest HCM data sets and do exploratory analysis & build machine learning models
  • Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning projects that stiches together the end-to-end customer journey, helps uncover buying patterns and identifies the next best action
  • You'll work with your team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making
  • You'll code with machine learning languages like Python, R, and Scala to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer ad hoc requests and then use Tableau for data visualization
  • You will coach and mentor junior data scientists with different strengths to solve various problems with different methodologies and analyses
  • Solution Architect
  • You will work with business stakeholders and leaders to understand and meet business goals and outcomes through design and build of end to end data, ML and business rules pipeline
  • Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
  • You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations—this will set you up for success on Day 1
  • You will interact with other data scientists, developers, data engineers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand problem domain, project requirements, users experience and demonstrate model performance and its business value
  • You will design, architect, implement and deploy high-performing data science pipelines that combine data ingestion/transformation, ML inferences, rules engines and delivery of insights to other systems
  • Own and Manage Projects
  • You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects
  • You will implement process to continuously detect model and data drift and remedy to ensure high quality
  • You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights
  • You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations
  • You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions
