Responsibilities
This role builds/executes digital marketing programs and solutions to help improve Avendra's brand health, fuels the sales funnel, drives consumer, client, and supplier loyalty, as well as customer acquisition
The Digital Marketing Manager will partner with key strategic leaders in Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Field Support, Sourcing and other cross-functional teams to drive action for the organization leveraging our digital strategies, as well as work with agency partners who function as an extension of our team
This individual plays a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence, increasing our digital footprint, and supporting achievement of our business objectives
Support implementation and maintenance of scalable website platform with robust CMS (Content Management System) across all Avendra and affiliated segments
Own website maintenance including content and creative updates as needed
Develop strong search engine optimization approach and apply consistently to websites across Avendra offering, continually optimizing to ensure supported segments and solutions are highly visible in search
Identify and support implementation and optimization of paid and organic digital marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and brand awareness
Continually test new creative, ad platforms and ad strategies in pursuit of achieving business objectives
Manage our CRM platform (Hubspot) for marketing automation/email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Growth Marketing and Communications to engage with our existing customers, clients, suppliers & prospects
Partner with appropriate teams on accurate contact & list management
Partner with Growth Marketing to integrate video solutions platform in digital campaigns where appropriate
Design, build, monitor and maintains our social media presence, namely on LinkedIn, with increased focus on video integration
Analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to measure the success of digital efforts
Provide performance reporting and data-driven insights for all digital marketing activities monthly
Create proactive approaches to pilot and test emerging technologies and experiences where appropriate
Harness compliant AI strategies to accelerate aspects of digital efforts
Support ideation and implementation of long-term digital roadmap, delivering on the needs of the business and anticipating opportunities to grow Avendra's broader digital presence
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content in collaboration with Growth marketing and Communications teams
Support the integration and management of Avendra's marketing / sales technology tools and platforms in partnership with platform owners, ensuring they work seamlessly together (Wordpress, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce connection points,) while identifying opportunities for improvement
Partner with IT to identify UX improvements and enhancements on MyAvendra and other internal platforms
Partner with Aramark Digital Marketing team to drive synergies, share best practices, leverage innovation and processes, and compare performance for optimization and improvement
