Qualifications

  • Min of 2 years of previous inside sales, customer facing and/or cold calling/outbound calling experience
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • Proven track record of overachieving goals and quotas
  • VERY strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day (this is essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must work well independently and adhere to KPI's

Responsibilities

  • Working well in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Implementing your fierce cold calling skills in addition to your good organizational techniques to manage your time and your assigned portfolio
  • Tracking and identifying trends within your portfolio to appropriately plan and prioritize your calls on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Training new merchants on the benefits of using Snap and how to most effectively use our system to grow their business
  • Actively seeking to engage existing merchants within your territory by building/maintaining rapport, providing information and value, resolving concerns, supplying any needed training and marketing materials and more
