Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevent field
  • 1 year of experience in the financial analysis discipline
  • Proficiency in reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing data to support decision-making for senior leaders
  • Strong financial analysis and budget planning capabilities
  • Creative thinking ability to champion and promote innovative ideas aligned with organizational goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing complex information
  • Collaborative work style with cross-functional team engagement
  • Mastery in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • The foundational purpose is to assist the decision making capabilities of the CFO
  • This position will also be involved in gathering corporate cultural context and stakeholder information to build an effective library of reports to be used with all stakeholders
  • The candidate will also use discretion with respect to sensitive information
  • Create reports tracking industry trends i.e. government contracting, Tribal competition, 8(a), hiring, retention, etc…
  • Analyze financial trends at all levels to improve the baseline reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Taking input from like size companies focused on growth
  • Audit large amounts of data to ensure quality and completeness
  • Develop an understanding of Program Finance Control elements for contextual information
  • Develop reports utilizing internal reporting software
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO in Board meetings
  • Attend and collaborate with the Finance Committee to produce advanced reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with the CFO and CGO on advanced needs with respect to M&A data analysis and needs
  • Engage with Indian Country Stakeholders to communicate the DDC Business Model and Strategy
  • Adapt and mature financial planning to align with strategic pillars in the planning process
  • Other duties as assigned
