Senior Financial Analyst - CSS Global Franchise

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication, framing presentation skills along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and partner with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions
- This position may require up to 10% travel
Responsibilities
- This includes leading forecast cycles, quarter closes and pipeline valuation while driving process improvements and standardization
- Prepare and present financial results to leadership, using executive-level framing to shape the key messages
- Consolidate, challenge, and present Actual and Plan financial statements with the ability to communicate business drivers and insights
- Collaborate with the regions to gather timely and value-added commentary
- Assist Sr
- Manager with quarterly CSS Investor Relations package for external reporting
- Spearhead consolidation efforts for GSM expenses and Royalties during forecast updates, latest thinking, and actuals reporting
- Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
- Support SignFi program for the CSS deployment

- The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs
- Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan
- The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year
