Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and developing due diligence financial information that will be used to evaluate the overall performance and value of businesses
This includes gathering financial data, building financial models, and presenting findings to investors
Interview clients and understand their business and financial reporting environment
Develop proforma financial models for valuations and confidential information memorandums
Manage due diligence data rooms, gather and organize information and documents
Counsel and guide clients through the M&A diligence process
Coordinate with other professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and bankers
Support internal team members with accounting, financial, audit, and ad-hoc reporting
Communicate opportunities and challenges to team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
