Responsibilities
- As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and developing due diligence financial information that will be used to evaluate the overall performance and value of businesses
- This includes gathering financial data, building financial models, and presenting findings to investors
- Interview clients and understand their business and financial reporting environment
- Develop proforma financial models for valuations and confidential information memorandums
- Manage due diligence data rooms, gather and organize information and documents
- Counsel and guide clients through the M&A diligence process
- Coordinate with other professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and bankers
- Support internal team members with accounting, financial, audit, and ad-hoc reporting
- Communicate opportunities and challenges to team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
