Qualifications

  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an Account Management or Project Management role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Able to create business proposals and deliver client focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Experience using CRM software i.e. salesforce
  • Love of data analysis and using data to inform decisions
  • Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions
  • Are able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive manner
  • Are organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done

Responsibilities

  • The Account Manager is responsible for building long term relationships with our clients
  • The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of airlines, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities
  • They will be the main liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring market leading service delivery
  • Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
  • Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and margin
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's
  • Manage day to day service delivery in partnership with the Content Curation and Content Operations teams
  • Help identify and champion content programming framework improvements based on quantitative and strategic inputs
  • Leverage market and behavior data, audience research to drive data and analytics that determine effective programming strategies
  • Create high-impact, curated programming strategies and continually optimize them using supporting data for airline customer consideration and review
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Exemplify the company core values and behaviors

  • The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 - $120,000
