Remote | $90K - $120K

Ability to juggle multiple accounts, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in an Account Management or Project Management role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
Able to create business proposals and deliver client focused solutions to meet customer needs
Experience using CRM software i.e. salesforce
Love of data analysis and using data to inform decisions
Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions
Are able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive manner
Are organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done

The Account Manager is responsible for building long term relationships with our clients
The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of airlines, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities
They will be the main liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring market leading service delivery
Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and margin
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's
Manage day to day service delivery in partnership with the Content Curation and Content Operations teams
Help identify and champion content programming framework improvements based on quantitative and strategic inputs
Leverage market and behavior data, audience research to drive data and analytics that determine effective programming strategies
Create high-impact, curated programming strategies and continually optimize them using supporting data for airline customer consideration and review
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 - $120,000
