  • Proficient with marketing-related software programs
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients
  • Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
  • Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Or relevant work experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software to process and interpret data effectively

Responsibilities

  • The Company seeks to onboard an expert to drive its marketing functions for a newly created position
  • The right candidate shall have deep knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including digital and print media, advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
  • The marketing manager shall have the responsibility for developing marketing strategies, implementing campaigns to secure competitive advantage for the company, converting ideas to deploying action plans that increase demand for the company’s products and services, promoting programs that land enterprise customers, and organizing, and representing the company at the promotion events and trade shows
  • In addition, over a period, the marketing manager shall build a team of customer facing account management teams
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company
  • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behaviour and preparing report cadence
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those market with digital campaigns in collaboration with business development, inside sales, and product teams in international hubs
  • Maintaining an inventory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Implement marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
  • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Developing and analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
  • Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products
  • Leading and training teams of customer facing functions
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
