Associate Attorney

Qualifications
- This is a remote position, and the candidate must be licensed to practice law in California
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California state bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment law with a focus on class action, wage & hour, and/or PAGA cases
- Strong understanding of California employment laws and regulations
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of class action, wage & hour, and PAGA cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Participate in client interviews and investigations
- Support senior attorneys in court appearances and hearings
- Assist in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
