- Labor and Employment Attorney Gammage & Burnham seeks an attorney to enhance its Labor and Employment Practice Group. Our employment practice encompasses everything from advising clients on staying out of harm’s way, defending discrimination claims, drafting employment and separation agreements, dealing with restrictive covenants at all phases from drafting through litigation, to trade secret issues, for both employees and employers. Our attorneys work in an environment where they have direct contact with clients and are afforded the opportunity to have greater responsibility for clients early in their careers. The ideal candidate will have 4 – 8 years of labor and employment experience at a national employment firm, or similar, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The firm offers first-class training and succession opportunities. Work-life balance is emphasized, and the firm is known for its collegiality and reasonable hours requirements (true 1800 hours).
