Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute New Logo Sales Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive strategy to identify and target new customer segments and markets
  • Create and implement sales plans that align with overall business objectives
  • Leadership and Team Management: Hire, onboard, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for the new logo sales team
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline
  • Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting processes
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Personally engage in key account acquisition efforts and strategic deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Delivery Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support new logo acquisition
  • Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands
  • Ensure scoping aligns with delivery teams' expectations and capabilities
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the new logo sales team
  • Regularly analyze and report on sales performance against targets
  • Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for major deals and contracts
  • Ensure that agreements are in line with company policies and objectives
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to new logo sales activities
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
