Intermediate Interior Designer - Private Residential

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant design experience within high-end residential interiors
- Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray and/or Rhino
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience with Studio Designer or a comparable program
- Experience with FF&E sourcing, procurement, and installation
- Excellent design, organization, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling purchasing process and invoicing
- Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and space plans
- Design and draw custom millwork, furniture, and lighting
- Be involved in the sourcing, procurement, and installation of FF&E
- Help manage various projects at a time with the help of the design team
