At least 3 years of proven Product Management experience
At least 5 years of experience within the Technology/SaaS space
Able to leverage Excel skillfully to analyze data driven results, draw conclusions and professionally deliver findings
Humbleness and willingness to work with stakeholders from across the enterprise
Thrive in a high-pressure, face-paced environment
Excellent organization skills
Creative thinking and approach to complicated scenarios
Consistent and effective communication and collaboration

You’ll help define and curate the technical stack for property and asset management operations, definingtechnical requirements by gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and meeting with various business stakeholders across the enterprise
You’ll research products already in use, under consideration for future use, and new technologies for the future
Gain a deep understanding of our industry, applicable technology, and the operation of various departments
Help identify and propose enhancements to existing products, select of new products, and educate business stakeholders re: the global technical stack
Scope and prioritize product activities based on business goals
Define product requirements to address gaps
Collaborate with the product management teams for the various products we build, partner with, or buy
Report on product metrics
