Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry
Advanced hands-on experience with TraceLink, including its Opus platform, serialization, and track-and-trace functionalities
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIP)
Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience
Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 F&O) and data analytics tools is ideal
Responsibilities
In this critical role, you'll leverage your TraceLink knowledge and project management prowess to guide complex TraceLink implementations from initiation to successful completion
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, navigate evolving regulations, and ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and with unparalleled impact
Oversee the entire project lifecycle for TraceLink deployments, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, training, and ongoing support
Partner with stakeholders across departments, including IT, supply chain, compliance, manufacturing, and TraceLink resources to ensure seamless TraceLink integration and adoption
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets effectively to achieve on-time and on-budget deliverables
Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure successful project completion
Analyze project data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future TraceLink implementations
