Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced hands-on experience with TraceLink, including its Opus platform, serialization, and track-and-trace functionalities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIP)
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 F&O) and data analytics tools is ideal
Responsibilities
- In this critical role, you'll leverage your TraceLink knowledge and project management prowess to guide complex TraceLink implementations from initiation to successful completion
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, navigate evolving regulations, and ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and with unparalleled impact
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for TraceLink deployments, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, training, and ongoing support
- Partner with stakeholders across departments, including IT, supply chain, compliance, manufacturing, and TraceLink resources to ensure seamless TraceLink integration and adoption
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets effectively to achieve on-time and on-budget deliverables
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure successful project completion
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future TraceLink implementations
