Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Human Development, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a research lab, minimum

Responsibilities

  • The manager will help with all day-to-day lab operations, including overseeing study administration (e.g., staffing, recruitment, data collection, compensating participants); staff hiring and supervision; managing research equipment, technology, and supply needs; overseeing IRB and other regulatory compliance; coordinating lab meetings and events; and supporting the PI in developing new protocols and projects
  • The manager will also assist the PI in grant submission, including writing and editing non-science portions of grants, and be responsible for working with external agencies to achieve research goals (e.g., interfacing with large health systems for recruitment, coordinating off-campus research space)
