As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our legal business forward and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about business development and wants to make a significant impact in the legal industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Managing Partner to develop strategies, conduct market research, and develop compelling proposals. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending industry events, networking, and representing Reuben Alan LLC in a professional manner. This would be a 100% commission position Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business... opportunities in the legal industry • Build and maintain effective relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities • Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans • Collaborate with the legal team to create compelling proposals and presentations • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and develop networks • Represent Reuben Alan LLC in a professional and engaging manner Reuben/ Alan are law firm consultants who provide strategic and economic expertise to minority and women-led solo attorneys, law firms, and practice groups. We are advisors who help law firms and their executives with driving value and growth through effective strategies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the legal industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
