Qualifications
- We are seeking an exceptional candidate who is not only passionate about the design element but is also driven to foster a deeper understanding of the ‘why’ within the business
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, particularly with desktop and cloud applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with exceptional experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and successful project implementations
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with common automated QA frameworks and associated tooling
Responsibilities
- Your work will directly influence our customers' experience, contributing to the creation of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing software solutions
- Your role will encompass the creation of engaging user experiences and the establishment of a quality assurance framework for the implementation of these designs
- As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance to product owners and software delivery teams on the qualitative and quantitative measurements use to drive the design decisions; translating UI design patterns and requirements ensuring a cohesive user journey across our entire application suite
- Design exceptional, user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and cloud applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of design
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX design and apply them to our projects
- Define the design language of our products to ensure consistency across brand, platform, and technology
