Responsibilities
- Become an expert in your market
- Go the extra mile to find out market info and trends, be the ‘go to’ person for candidates and clients
- Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in your market
- Attend and help organise some of the networking events/ Podcasts we hold
- Collaborate with your colleagues by offering advice and sharing market knowledge
- Collaborate with the other brands within Trinnovo Group by cross selling
- Become visible on Linkedin by posting relevant market information and job adverts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meeting with candidates and clients
- Consistently hit the monthly target set
- Think outside the box and be creative!
