The Human Resources Coordinator will be the provide support to the hotel staff members and managers, assist with recruitment needs, plan employee related events, etc

The Human Resources Coordinator will be involved with the operations and will assist department managers to ensure a focus on the following areas: guest services, employee relations, schedules/department organization, property appearance, and profit/financial control
They will also coordinate, direct, and manage the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company
The HR Coordinator will communicate daily with the Home Office and uphold the company's policies and procedures
Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, recruit for qualified candidates to fill the open positions at the hotel, provide operational support for the hotel, assist with benefit enrollments, coordinate employee events to include appreciation lunches, outings, etc., complete administrative tasks, etc
