Litigation Attorney (NYC or Boston)
Boston, MA | $220K - $245K
Qualifications
- Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar
- 4 – 5 years’ experience as a litigation attorney
- Excellent research, drafting, writing and communication skills
- Experience drafting documents, including but not limited to pleadings (complaint and answer), discovery requests, responses to discovery requests and memoranda of law
Responsibilities
- The focus of this role will be on working with team members on all phases of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, analysis of information produced in discovery, assisting with court appearances and ultimately handling court appearances, and brainstorming with team members on developing strategies for each case
