Responsibilities

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in both physical and digital drugstore environments

Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities/ challenges and develop strategic plans to address them
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs that align with the unique dynamics of the drug channel
Provide regular reporting and analysis on key performance metrics, offering insights to optimize strategies and decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure synchronized product launches and promotional campaigns across multiple segments
Serve as the main point of contact for issue resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in digital spaces
Stay informed about evolving retail trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt omni-channel strategies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and engage with key stakeholders in the drug channel
