Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industry
  • In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, both online and offline
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate the complexities of physical and digital partnerships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends across various retail channels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic, multi-channel environment

Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage negotiations, develop promotional strategies, and build relationships with buyers, field sales teams and category development managers
  • Equally, you know how to work with other functions to deliver sales and growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Online strategies to drive sales and enhance market presence within the drug channel
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in both physical and digital drugstore environments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and regulatory, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities/ challenges and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs that align with the unique dynamics of the drug channel
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on key performance metrics, offering insights to optimize strategies and decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure synchronized product launches and promotional campaigns across multiple segments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for issue resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in digital spaces
  • Stay informed about evolving retail trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt omni-channel strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and engage with key stakeholders in the drug channel
