This is a writing intensive role which will be often tied to analyzing and communicating complex business initiatives along with building stories based on key data/metrics and with diverse consumer and audience insights
As part of GDEI, the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Marketing Manager will be an influential and capable leader with the ability to be innovative and creative across communication platforms and channels
The primary focus of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (GEDI) Marketing Manager will be to conceptualize, execute, and measure wide-ranging diversity and inclusive marketing communication campaigns partnering with members of GDEI and other internal and external stakeholders globally
You also will develop best practices that will ensure Amazon's internal and external marketing communications are inclusive for customers, candidates, and employees of all backgrounds
Identifying local market multicultural opportunities in order to create and execute culturally relevant marketing communication plans and storytelling in support of a wide array of GDEI programs
Responsible for providing oversight and leadership in planning, managing and implementing a broad range of programs and initiatives including:
communications/PR, marketing, and creative efforts for GDEI
Developing global multicultural marketing plans and campaigns that are consistent with corporate brand strategies and guidelines
Assist in the development and execution of key multicultural marketing alliances and overseeing special events within local communities and consumer segments globally
