Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager
Responsibilities
Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality
Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront
