  • You have at least 2 years' experience in eCommerce and / or marketing
  • Proficient in data analysis and/or category management tools (IRI, Nielsen, Google Analytics, etc)

Responsibilities

  • In the role of eCommerce Associate Marketing Manager working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the B2B eCommerce team
  • The AMM will support the marketing planning process of key B2B eCommerce distributor and technology partners in North America as well as lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities across regions, retail classes of trade and cross functional groups
  • You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and developing the bridge between our brands and how they are represented to retailers online
  • This position reports to the Senior Manager, B2B eCommerce and works closely with sales, field marketing, sales operations, shopper and brand marketing, sales technology and other cross functional teams
  • Additionally, this role will provide solutions based on the needs of distributor and technology partners
  • Develop marketing programs rooted in data and an understanding of organizational priorities and market dynamics
  • Monitor, engage and build eCommerce marketing capabilities and partnerships with both emerging and established B2B eCommerce technology platforms
  • Understand our product portfolio, brand strategies and programs to tailor marketing messaging and product content to the distributor and retailer selling tier
  • Look for novel ways to build brand awareness at scale, maximizing opportunities with technology and communications
  • Be an eCommerce SME to cross functional teams including Customer Solutions, Category Management, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Channel Strategy, Region Sales and legal to build organizational eCommerce knowledge
  • Monitor agency scope & budgets, providing inputs into building annual scope requirements
