Background in product management, software development, or product design
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing priorities
Desire to partner closely with engineering and design in developing solutions that create customer value and work within the constraints of the business
Experience in mapping user journeys and touchpoints
Experience in hypothesis and A/B testing
A track record of cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management

You will lead the development of world class solutions and experiences while playing a vital role in growing and supporting Fetch’s most critical asset, our people
You will serve as a customer-focused business partner for Fetch’s full-time drivers and gig delivery partner community
You will partner with Centralized Operations and Driver Success teams to better all points of the driver user journey and digital experience
You’ll identify new opportunities for over-the-road efficiencies and cost optimizations from dispatch and routing to workforce management and intra-building navigation
You will gain an intimate understanding of our delivery partner end-users and a deep knowledge of Fetch logistics
You will partner with operations leaders in scaling and optimizing over-the-road processes by assessing user and business needs and identifying high return opportunities for improvement
You will often get your hands dirty, deliver packages monthly, and work side by side with warehouse teams
You will manage the full product life cycle from ideation to delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement
You’ll partner with engineers and designers in collaborating on new feature development and bring a comprehensive understanding of the problems to be solved and the outcomes to be achieved
