Senior Executive Recruiter - Remote
Remote | $50K - $300K
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university
- At least 1 year of experience working in a recruting agency where you brought accounts in OR you have 2 years of B2B Sales experience
- Money motivated (we love to pay out)
- Have a drive to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
- Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
- Enjoy writing & have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
Responsibilities
- Business Development to connect with hiring managers who need your help finding companies that need your help
- Sales & make those hiring managers fall in love with you enough to want to work with you
- Recruiting & get to play match maker and help improve careers one candidate at a time!
