Responsible for global sales activities, creation and execution to support company growth
Accountable for the Smalley customer experience, service level and satisfaction to ensure programs and procedures are best-in-class
Charged with supporting and developing new sales strategies globally
Directs sales initiatives, productivity and strategic plans to support company growth through development and optimization of a rigorous, metrics-based sales process across all geographies
Track record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes and revenue impact
Responsible for the deployment of Sales for the organization
Lead global strategy development processes for organic growth and bring the required strategic market and competitive knowledge necessary to achieve the sales plan based on market demand and the competitive landscape
Manage the relationships with the current and future customer base in order to create new ways to add value for customers through add-on services currently not offered
Collaborates with the Marketing Department on Market strategies including but not limited to Distribution channels
Drive cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Operations to remove barriers and maximize the velocity and efficiency of selling teams
Proven track record of analyzing customer’s business and technical needs, requirements, and other engineering workflows
Maintain and report on KPI’s and other related tracking reports
Contributes to the global customer experience including customer journey and customer satisfaction to develop and optimize go-to-market strategy
Visit the highest level of customer executive management with regional Sales leadership in all regions to help understand opportunities, feedback competitive market information, guide organization to success, and support strategic deal closure
