Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years project management experience or equivalent related experience required
Responsibilities
- Defining project objectives and scope, analyzing existing processes and procedures, and recommending solutions
- Estimating timelines and resources needed for tasks and working with teams to establish completion timeframes and overall schedules
- Communicate project status to the team and leadership
- Managing vendors providing resources and deliverables to the project
- Evaluating performance of project team members and recommending personnel changes when necessary
- Performing business analysis and reporting to highlight business/systems opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business performance
- Researching, analyzing, and developing business processes to improve the business line, system, and personnel performance
