Qualifications

  • Experience Renewing Clients at a High Percentage ideally in a SaaS based business model
  • Experience managing a large book of business 70-100 accounts
  • Above all else you are a problem solver, what do our clients need and how can you get creative to make sure that happens (planning a new event, helping marketing brainstorm a campaign, providing detailed product feedback etc)
  • Able to easily navigate Google Workspace, G Suite
  • Excellent client management experience
  • Organized, and impressive time management
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Innate ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, with a desire to transform the hospitality industry through technology and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • What you will do: This Account Manager Role will manage our clients on the planner side of the marketplace, working primarily with corporate and third party planners
  • In this role, you will focus on optimizing the success of each of your accounts
  • Once they sign a subscription you are responsible for the Kick Off Call, Product Training, Onboarding New Users, Handling Objections, Ensuring Usage and Growth and ultimately renewing and upselling the account
  • Work closely with Reposite’s planner accounts to ensure that they see value of the platform
  • Conduct training sessions with core users when new product features are released
  • Advocate for clients by clearly communicating feedback to internal product and support teams
  • Expand usage within existing accounts by onboarding new users and encouraging engagement across the organization
  • Inspire and educate Reposite planners on the value of our solution versus antiquated and inefficient processes
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on the Supplier side of the business to develop account strategies, identify cross-sell and growth opportunities, and share best practices
  • Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items, and analyze/present success metrics to your key account contacts
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure you are on track for renewal and/or understand what is needed to get there
  • Track all account activity and data in Reposite’s internal CRM (salesforce) to ensure efficiency throughout the sales cycle
  • Become an expert in the technology used at Reposite to provide quick responses to any questions, concerns, or issues from clients
