Qualifications
- 15+ years of proven experience in New York construction, with a focus on Healthcare or Aviation projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project success
- Utilise your extensive experience in Healthcare or Aviation construction to provide expert guidance and insights throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance and project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
