Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Systems Management, OR closely related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or related field
Expertise/ knowledge of Scheduling
Expertise/ knowledge of Estimating
Expertise/ knowledge of Technical Writing
Expertise/ knowledge of Program/Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
Expertise/ knowledge of Contractor Management
Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project
Responsibilities
Develop the cost estimate/budget
Present the project to the Work Induction Board (WIB) and obtain approval to proceed
Bid and award the design (A/E), construction (GC) and commissioning (Cx Agent)
Obtain all applicable permits (county and/or city)
Administer and execute the incorporation of compliant work in all phases following the owners (Stanford Healthcare) processes and procedures
Turnover the completed work of operation to facilities owner(s)
Monitor operations and maintenance of each project

The base salary range for this position is $163,925 to $193,600
