Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, public administration, or a related field
2-4 years of related experience
Licensures and Certifications

Responsibilities
The Project Manager I (CT/RE Coordinator) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating, the activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of cell tower structures, facilities and systems and managing the leases with the respective telecommunications companies
May perform other duties as assigned
Maintains telecommunications tower inventory
Submits lease modifications requests for review
Ensures that permit requests for work related to installations and modifications have been submitted to the proper regulatory authority
Negotiates telecommunications leases
Reviews all consent agreements from third-party consultants relative to tenant colocations, expansions, and equipment replacements
Coordinates access for inspections, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and decommissioning
Monitors and controls project efforts by reviewing work results and comparing them to planned results
Identifies variances to work products and directs actions as required
Applies organizational policies
Selects from multiple procedures and methods to accomplish tasks
Establishes work methods, timetables, performance standards, etc
Typically has formal project management and/or skills development responsibilities
Manages progress meetings to review status of ongoing projects and coordinates with the Safety Officer, Project Controls/Schedule Manager, Permit Coordinator and Land Acquisition team to review work in progress and data deliverables to ensure the project is on time
