Responsibilities
- The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and analytical decision support services for a broad array of financial and operational projects and initiatives
- Design and build sophisticated financial models based on diverse data sets, to facilitate strategic decision making
- Interpretation and presentation of reports and analysis to senior leadership
- Participates in the planning and development of company-wide budgets
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets
- Work closely with department heads to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance against key metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
