Qualifications
- 3-4 years designing digital products
- Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates polish in execution and knowledge of native iOS and Responsive Web patterns
- Have experience with both Product Design and Digital Marketing
- Have an open-minded and iterative approach to design
- Experience working closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to deliver high quality and thoughtful experiences
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, synthesizing design feedback and articulating “why.”
- You are opinionated but low ego — you push yourself and your team for the best possible outcome and accept feedback and constructive criticism with humility
Responsibilities
- Explore translating new opportunities that strategically align with our business goals through creative research methods and collaborative ideation
- Ultimately helping influence the product roadmap
- You are self-motivated and share responsibility for the team’s success and progress
