Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar Sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of PV Solar equipment and a solid understanding of the renewable energy industry
- Previous Solar sales at the Utility Level
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of PV Solar equipment
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new business for the organization's products
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the latest PV Solar equipment to clients to showcase our products' effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales activities and performance
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the solar energy industry
- Continuously improve through feedback and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc
