Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of top performance
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing sales teams, preferably in high-growth or private equity-backed companies
  • A four-year college degree

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with high intellectual and emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a talented team of at least four high-level account executives and account managers
  • Drive the sales process from plan to close; actively engage in deal closures
  • Provide tactical sales coaching to enhance team performance
  • Oversee revenue operations, ensuring strict adherence to CRM practices
  • Manage and review sales pipelines, ensuring consistent growth and accuracy
  • Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with our business goals
  • Partner with Marketing to drive new Opportunities
