Extensive experience in digital games marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and revenue growth
Proven track record of supporting the launch and growth of AAA console and PC titles which achieved sales volume exceeding 4M units
Experience supporting the launch and growth of F2P mobile titles which achieved recurring annual revenue exceeding $100M gross
A record of working with licensed brands and properties for both hardcore, midcore and children
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the digital gaming industry, including trends, platforms, and player behavior
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms

Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in defining our brand presence, growing user acquisition, and optimizing player engagement and monetization
Develop and implement a well-rounded marketing strategy for our digital games portfolio, containing both premium AAA and free-to-play GaaS games, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives
Lead a successful marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation across a slate of games
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, game design, analytics, and individual game studios to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with product roadmaps
Define and communicate a compelling and unique brand identity for each game, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels including brand awareness campaigns to establish a strong market presence and differentiate our games in a competitive landscape
Develop and be responsible for user acquisition strategies (UA), including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), and social media marketing
Continuously analyzing and optimizing UA campaigns to drive high-quality player traffic
Implement player engagement initiatives, including in-game events, community building, and content updates, to keep players active and engaged
Work on retention strategies to increase the lifetime value of players through personalized communication and targeted marketing campaigns
Develop and optimize monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, micro-transactions, and ad revenue, while ensuring a positive player experience
Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze player behaviour, find opportunities for revenue growth, and adapt marketing strategies
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, player preferences, and competitor activities
Develop and lead the marketing budget successfully, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic priorities and return on investment
Provide regular marketing performance results scorecard to the executive team
