Responsibilities
Responsible for the OES aftermarket sales as well as the TPMS OE sales in North America and for overall customer communication and satisfaction to assigned customers
Management of assigned customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction in the area of product, price, quality, service and technology
Under limited supervision and instruction, handles as a liaison a variety of customer service, program management, quality, manufacturing, and engineering issues
Negotiates with direct contacts both internally and externally with moderate direction
Manage Sales OE accounts and customer support
Solve customer issues and resolve conflicts
Ensure timely and effective solutions to our customer’s needs
Represent company professionally and reinforce a positive impression to all customers
Prepare presentations and conduct sales calls on OE customers
Establish and maintain customer contacts and is the primary liaison for customer requests
Responsible for all product related commercial interface with customer, including quotations, volume pricing, and funding negotiations
Analyze, research and share current and future program planning, such as current and future program sales status, customer market trend, next program and customer news and vehicle information
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Investigate and resolve technical questions and warranty appeals which require special attention or on-site visits
Communicate and report the progress of sales initiatives to management
