Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting capabilities The ideal candidate has financial planning experience in manufacturing and/or inventory and very robust analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills
To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing/Inventory Exp Req) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required
5+ years of financial analysis experience is required
Experience related to manufacturing or inventory is required
Experience with budgeting, financial modeling, financial planning, and forecasting is required
Advanced Excel skills & experience working with a data warehouse is required
ERP experience is required
Ability to work 100% on-site is required

Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to provide business insights
Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for management
Integrate and analyze data utilizing the ERP system & Power BI to draw meaningful conclusions
Provide analysis and evaluation of cost, expense, profit, & ROI
Develop performance metrics
Create financial/operational reports and models to support business recommendations
Assists in the development of strategic plans for proposed, new, or existing business operations
Complete acquisition reviews and provide insights
Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000+ plus Annual Bonus
