Qualifications
- Health Plan experience and working knowledge of managed care concepts
- Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment and Medicaid
- In-depth knowledge of system thinking, change leadership, shared governance, matrix reporting, continuous improvement, process excellence, and financial and productivity management
Responsibilities
- The Vice President ensures the program complies with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, NYS laws (Article 28, 36, and 44), and all other licensure requirements and standards of performance
