Responsibilities
- This individual will support about 50 facilities throughout the state of PA and over see 4 POD Strategy Leads
- Visible position that fosters a strong and collaborative partnership with the Division Vice President of Operations to identify Division total census and census mix barriers and professional and community sales opportunities
- Lead, guide and direct Division Clinical Admissions Directors employees and supervise Center Admissions staff through a dotted-line relationship, to accomplish Q-mix and census goals
- Consult, market and educate key audiences, including hospital, payor, and community agencies responsible for assessing and routing customer referrals, about Genesis
