Candidates must have a minimum active DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/DON engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in developing user stories
Knowledge of best practices for developing integrated solutions using ServiceNow
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Develop user stories to clearly define what is required to meet client needs and expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards
Work closely with clients to document their internal processes and understand business requirements
Propose and implement solutions that align with client needs, emphasizing user-friendly and efficient designs
Drive business analytics initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Analyze data and provide insights to support informed decision-making and enhance overall business processes
Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow solutions and adherence to enterprise standards
