Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be dependable and able to work 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of computer operating systems & emails;
- Extremely organized and detail oriented;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Customer service experience is a must

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through efficient and effective order taking and associated responsibilities;
- Research and resolve issues;
- Offer product information to customers on request, and continually increase product knowledge to upsell additional products and/or services;
- Serve as inside support to the sales staff;
- Participate in physical inventory of the warehouse on a semi-annual basis
