Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Policy or related subject
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant corporate environment experience, preferably working with policies
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
  • Project management
  • Work with senior leadership
  • Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Ability to apply solid business judgment
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-manage and follow through on time sensitive issues

Responsibilities

  • Within FP&A, the Policy Strategy & Compliance (PS&C) team provides holistic policy management on strategy, governance, monitoring, and coordinated communication
  • Provide project management support for policy projects and reporting (e.g., operationalize policy decisions)
  • Develop and maintain firm policies leveraging a standard, centralized set of objectives and guiding principles
  • Support multiple projects supporting strategic programs including tracking milestones, and communicating with stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
  • Monitor central mailboxes for specific programs as needed to address exceptions, process, etc
  • Support cross-functional teams on policy distribution and implementation strategy while keeping a focus on achieving solutions and continuous improvement
  • Support implementation of learning and resource tools, guidelines, FAQ's, Knowledge Documents for the Global Contact Center, etc. of critical firm information for all firm professionals
  • Obtain hands-on knowledge of the content management process; ensure timely and accurate policy posting on DeloitteNet that is consistent with national communications guidelines
  • Manage the policy library so that appropriate documentation and all policy versions are maintained for internal control and legal/regulatory purposes
  • Develop project plans and timelines, track progress through milestones and metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership, Business leadership, FP&A teams (e.g., Finance Business Partners), and additional teams (e.g., Talent, Strategy)
  • Develop executive level presentations to communicate and achieve consensus for recommendations
  • Build supporting materials that assist leaders and stakeholders in the decision-making process
  • Support leaders in strategic activities and engage in stretch opportunities aligned with professional development goals and strengths

Benefits

  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400 to $148000
  • You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
