Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience in a data science or software engineering role
- Experienced and comfortable in Python
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, running models in production, labeling platforms, and generative AI
- SQL Database experience
- Superior communication skills
- Kindness and passionate about team collaboration
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic to tackle objectives with light oversight
Responsibilities
- You will help develop and maintain tools to empower the entire agency
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large data sets, building machine learning models, sourcing training data, and taking the initiative to solve complex open-ended problems
- Architect, develop, and maintain machine learning models in production
- Work with internal and external teams to gather and curate training sets for iterative model improvement
- Work directly with teams across the agency to ensure the products you are building work perfectly for users
- Stay at the cutting edge of emerging trends and technologies in Machine Learning and generative AI
