Responsibilities
The Sales Development Rep is responsible for learning and executing on all steps associated with the sales process
Partner with Delivery team in identifying top IT Talent to fulfill client needs
Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to Salesforce and Hoovers
Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship
Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers

You will receive an hourly rate of $24.50 during the initial 10-week formal training, with unlimited approved overtime where you would receive time and a half
Upon conversion from training period, you would receive a base salary of $60,000 with a cost of labor adjustment of $10,000 - equivalent to $70,000 plus uncapped commission
