Qualifications
- Must be organized and proactive
- Extremely detail oriented but also able to multitask under pressure
- Maintain clean and organized inboxes across multiple email accounts
- Communicate with the correct tone and attitude Rifle Paper Co. is known for
- Willing and able to work well and efficiently in a continually fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel needed
- Able to work comfortably and navigate both a Mac and PC environment on one computer
Responsibilities
- This position reports directly to the VP of Sales as part of the Sales team
- Manage dedicated portion of retailer relationships daily
- Process and enter wholesale orders into SAP Business One via Faire & Brandwise
- Build a relationship and rapport with our retailers and reps that accurately reflects the Rifle Paper Co
- Monitor and manage wholesale email along with other Sales Executives
- Manage inventory on all platforms & communicate order changes as needed to other departments
- Manage order inquiries, questions, and other customer service issues relating to wholesale by addressing terms/policies, ordering minimums, styles numbers, and informing retailers about the line
- Oversee the entire prepay payment process
- Work directly with our reps and rep groups answering questions regarding orders submitted, recommend certain products or bestsellers as needed, and communicate updates to product availability and ship times
- Batch email retailers tracking information and invoices for shipments sent previous day
- Manage communications to prospective retailers to secure new business
- Partner with Marketing to establish wholesale marketing processes and seasonal promotional activity

- Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
- Process commission for all reps/rep groups monthly
- Forecast for upcoming weeks and busy buying seasons by contributing to the organization and planning within the wholesale channel
